I don't often make reviews, bad or otherwise, but in the interest of helping my fellow man and not being taken advantage of I will leave this one. I want everyone reading the reviews to closely consider the names of the people leaving these positive reviews for Brains Law Offices. Do I think anything illegal is going on? No. But I think there's a question of ethics at play here. Having been on the sidelines of a case Bains was being employed for, the gross incompetence of Bains and his staff was astounding. The point of retaining council is to make the legal process easier not harder. With blatant misrepresentation of his client's needs and intent in addition to the mismanagement of files and paperwork. Years later still getting automated spam mail asking for payment from their billing software after retainer was ceased and refunded and council was removed, is absurd.

Attorney Iqbal Bains is very professional and helpful. He came through with what he promised with the settlement for the divorce. When I was looking at things in a negative way he would reassure me that there was a process for everything (doing things the right way) and just had to be patient (I am very impatient individual), he was right and would come through with results. Just like everything in life, there is a process to getting things done.
