I cannot recommend Casey highly enough. I spent 25+ years in law-enforcement/investigations and have had ample experience with attorneys, good, bad and indifferent in both civil and criminal matters. In my opinion and experience Casey is not good, but excellent. Casey's knowledge, experience and understanding of the law are exceptional and priceless. Casey's wit made a painful process slightly less so. Casey took the time to explain the process to me, she helped me organize my thoughts and materials, kept me focused and objective and, most importantly, and this can't be stressed enough, told me the stuff I did NOT want to hear. Casey is direct with her communication style, if you want warm and fuzzy, look elsewhere. If you want the hard truth, and getting divorced is hard, Casey is who you are looking for. Casey made a difficult process much easier than it could have been. I am so glad she's on my side. Final notes to those beginning this process: it sucks, accept that reality, face it, be with it. Document, document, document. Make your attorney's life easier by having YOUR act together.

I was going through a very difficult season, and Casey did an amazing job. I was super emotional and not easy to work with but she really blessed me and my children. I think our personalities and communication styles were not the best match, but she was still professional and kind. My son's really like her as did I. She is an inspiration to women as well. Wishing nothing but success for her and I recommend her.

I don’t even know where to begin. This law office (Sky Emery) charged me and my finance $3200 for a court matter that lasted about 5 min long. Did nothing but keep us on stand by. Every time I would speak with the clerk for 2 min they were charging me $350. Let alone the documents that were provide to the clerk were not alllllll submitted to court and yet I was being charged 10x @$350 rate. The responds I kept getting over and over again was “ I’ll have the attorneys give you a call once she has a chance. She’s been out for COVID for 2 weeks blah blah blah”. Horrible service. Never again will I hire them.
