I received a lie-filled slanderous Cease and Desist (for things I was never doing nor intended to do) letter from this firm, and they refuse to return my calls to discuss. The letter contained multiple falsehoods that go to the level of defamation of character. The letter states all communication on the matter must be directed through the firm, yet when I attempt to communicate with them, they refuse to take my calls or call me back. The letter itself was written by a junior associate and in my opinion, reads like a high school student pretending to be a lawyer. In my limited first-hand experience with them, my opinion is that this is a very unprofessional firm.

Ms Keledjian was a shining start in what has been a stressful and frustrating situation. She is professional but down-to-earth, competent, reassuring, and enjoyable to work with. My woman friend and I would highly recommend her.
