Was fired by my mom because he tricked her into signing over her power of attorney and giving up her position as trustee of her trust and naming a new fiduciiary. My mom only expessed her dislike for this fiduciary. This man is not ethical. You can not trick elderly people into doing what you want. My mom is now trapped and making changes is verydifficult. He has cost my mom quite a lot and helooked the other way as her husband took advantage. When I found proof of her husbands misdeeds this lawyer covered for him. This lawyer and my mothers husband had a very close common friend so his loyalties were very off. This lawyer did my family more harm than anything else and my mom still is suffering because of him.
