Michael was very helpful when I was navigating a dispute with my awful apartment complex that didn’t want to let me out of my lease when they were in clear violation of living conditions. He let me know my tenant rights as a California resident and what lease and law violations the management company were in violation of. It was extremely helpful knowing what the next steps were to pursue a conflict resolution in order to receive my security deposit back and be let out of a lease. He is very direct and informative.
