Here is my experience. I am going through a divorce. I was advised to read the reviews of various attorneys before choosing. I did so and chose this law firm. I was told my initial retainer will be $7000 dollars. I gave them the money. Within 2 months or less the $7000 was finished and they requested for another $7500. Meaning $14500 in two months. They charged me for every single phone call, text message, scanned document, download etc. As a matter of fact every single communication is charged.

I Must state that they went through my $7000 deposit without me ever seeing my attorney face to face. I had a 1 hour zoom call with the attorney right at the beginning after receiving my $7000 deposit.
They charged me over $600 dollars for that 1hr zoom call. The zoom was about me explaining my predicament.
I feel like out of sight they represented me. But due to their fees I couldn't continue with them. I was with them for less than 3months and inquired a $14500 fee.

My experience with Valencia was very pleasant. She was organized, structured and empathetic to my case in her questionnaire and provided information that put me at ease in better understanding their service benefits. I felt comfortable in my meeting and I especially appreciated her patience and ability to answer all of my questions with transparency.
