The Agadzhanyan Firm, P.C.

I was a client of this firm and I am very unhappy with my experience. I left before my case was even done, mostly because they were so hard to reach. When I decided to move my case to a different attorney, they would not even talk to my new attorney or answer his calls. My accident happened in September, but I did not get my check until May — almost eight months later. The only reason I finally got paid is because Agadzhanyan put a lien on my settlement, even though it was my new attorney who actually won the case. I was about to file a complaint with the Bar, and I think that is the only reason they finally responded. After working with my new attorney, I found out that Agadzhanyan pays about $8,000 less for cases like mine than other law firms do. So clients may be getting less money than they should. On top of that, they make you come to their office in person to get your check — no matter where you live. They will not mail it to you. I think that is very strange. I also noticed that once a law firm starts focusing on social media and blogging, they start acting more like influencers than real professionals. That is exactly the feeling I got from this firm. I do not recommend this firm at all. My experience felt more like dealing with a scam than a real law firm.

My experience with this law firm was extremely disappointing. Communication was poor from beginning to end. I was repeatedly told that someone would call me back regarding important matters involving my case and settlement funds, but those calls never came. After the insurance settlement check had already been received by the firm, I waited approximately six weeks without receiving my portion of the proceeds or any meaningful explanation for the delay. Eventually, after getting nowhere over the phone, I drove nearly three hours to the office in Glendale to resolve the matter in person. What surprised me was that I wasn't even invited into a private office to discuss confidential legal and financial matters. Instead, conversations took place in a shared hallway/common area of the building, surrounded by unrelated people from other businesses. As a client discussing sensitive information, I found this highly unprofessional and uncomfortable. To make matters worse, after speaking with other attorneys, I became concerned that the amount I received from the settlement may have been significantly less than what I should have been entitled to. This raised serious questions for me regarding transparency and the handling of client funds. Overall, I felt ignored, misled, and disrespected throughout the process. Based on my personal experience, I cannot recommend this law firm.
