Terrible experience. Frustrated I am extremely disappointed with the level of carelessness in handling my case. I had already reviewed the document and specifically corrected the law document before it was submitted. Despite that, your team appears to have filed an older version of the document containing the incorrect date. This is particularly frustrating because I took the time to review and correct the information precisely to prevent this type of error. Now, because the wrong version was submitted, I have to wait more longer. Why asking customer to review the document when you’re careless enough to ignore that? Your team even try to make an excuse about the wording that it doesn’t affect the case. That’s not professional and good way to do a law job. You’re telling me that precision is not what you care about. Everyone makes mistakes sometimes, I hope the mistakes on my case can wake you up. Carelessness is not acceptable.
