ANN MERRITT!!!!! Words cannot describe this woman, I would recommend her 1 million times over for anyone who has been in my situation. She fought long and hard for me, and she still is protecting me to the very end of this journey. I can't thank Scott P. Kessler from Team Law enough. After talking with several other lawyers, Scott was the only lawyer who thought my case was worth fighting for even when the reward for both parties in the end was small. To make a long story short, I lost a tooth eating at a restaurant. I just really wanted the restaurant to make it right and pay for my medical bills to get a tooth implant. When calls went unanswered I approached legal consultation. Many lawyers didn't think the reward in the end was enough for representation. Scott on the other hand said regardless, no case is too small or too big for legal representation. They took a chance on me when no one wanted to bother. In the end I got my money back from the tooth implant and then some for pain and suffering. Like he said I won't get rich, but my medical bills would be covered and a few extra for pain and suffering. Scott and his team did just that with the firm getting a small fair share of the compensation. Remember to whomever goes to Team Law, it's not about the profit, it's about you and your case. They will work night and day with their best foot forward to get you the best possible financial compensation in the end. I now know who to go to for future claims if any. I didn't think any lawyer would take this case after being rejected by many. Thank you Scott and his team from being persistent and professional. I would like to say that I'm truly happy that I chose to go to Team law to handle my case regarding my daughter. At first it was difficult to find someone who was willing to take the case because of who I was going up against but not Team Law, Mr Weiner was our lawyer to be exact. When he heard my case he was happy to take us on as a client and he did everything he could do for us and we did recover money from the case he is truly amazing he did not give up.
