Tauler Smith LLP

My experience with this law firm was extremely negative. I found their conduct to be shady, unethical, and deeply concerning. Based on my experience, I would strongly caution anyone against doing business with them. I cannot stress enough how poorly I view the way they conducted themselves. I hope the appropriate authorities and professional oversight bodies thoroughly investigate any conduct that may warrant scrutiny or disciplinary action. I would not recommend this firm under any circumstances.

This is a corrupt firm with corrupt business practices BEWARE! In just one example.... In March 2023, Tauler Smith LLP was found liable in a civil RICO (Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations) jury verdict for a prior mass demand letter campaign. The firm had sent approximately 15,000 demand letters to convenience stores and gas stations (primarily immigrant-owned businesses) accusing them of selling 'misbranded' dietary supplements. The letters threatened litigation and demanded settlement payments. The jury found this conduct constituted racketeering. The case was In re Outlaw Laboratory, LP Litigation (S.D. Cal.).

This "practice" is a disgraceful representation of the practice of law.
