Terrible lawyer, Jamie didn’t care to watch the body cam and see what the officer had done wrong, then she told me if i took the plea deal they’re offering i won’t be a felon, turns out she lied and im now a convicted felon because of her, then 2 week later i was brought back into court for a failure to appear which was caused by her telling me it was a continuous date which is was not, then she proceeded to tell me to take there plea deal for a 11/29 on my violation of probation charge in general sessions and told me it wouldn’t add any extra time because it was smaller than my original charge, which again she lied about, i made parole and had to sit an extra 3 months in a cell because the 11/29 she had me sign was a county charge and they don’t run consecutive to state charges, she obviously had no idea what she was doing but had no problem taking the money and the case, she’s a literal joke as a lawyer now i’m a convicted felon for the rest of my life because she lied about everything every step of the way she wants nothing but you’re money, as i was trying to get ahold of her she was taking vacations and pushing my court dates back further so she could go enjoy the money she just basically stole, she was zero help i could’ve gotten a better deal with a public defender, i’d recommend if you’re going to use her pay after her services are done not before or she’ll do you just like she did me

Mrs. Tarkington was amazing. My ex-wife made is as difficult as possible to get our divorce. She out right disappeared so she couldn't even be served. Even with all the challenges Mrs. Tarkington still faught along side me to make sure I got my divorce no matter what it took. I can't say enough about how wonderful everyone at this lawfirm is.

Jamie is a great attorney! She does her job great and gets you great deals! Had a pleasure having her as an attorney! She sticks to her word and keeps you up on everything going on with your case and problems!
