I am just wrapping up the probate process for my father's estate and wanted to express my gratitude for this firm. Emily Nashban & Hannah Eales were responsive, professional, friendly, positive, and honest throughout this process. I entered the probate process with dread and a little bit of fear, as I don't live in CA and am not familiar with many firms in the area. They were there to answer all of my questions (there were many) and, when there was something they couldn't answer regarding one of the accounts, they pointed me in the right direction. In November of 2023, my brother passed away. It was the saddest time for my family. We were overwhelmed with grief. My brother did not have a will. We knew we needed legal assistance in sorting out my brother’s estate. In the summer of 2025, I took a chance and emailed the Talbot Law Group and briefly described our situation. Once Emily took over our case, she meticulously managed all the necessary documents, handled the arrangements with the Probate Referee and all communications with the court, providing us timely updates along the way. She was completely transparent, which was especially important to me.
