I have been working with Andrew for years now. Real estate transactions with him are smooth and professional. Andrew has an incredible attention to detail and his patience is unmatched. The way he explains real estate makes clients feel comfortable and trusting, especially on their first transaction. Its hard to find a better bilingual attorney!

I strongly regret hiring Andrew. I trusted him with important files, and based on my experience, he did poor work on every one of them. He was clearly too busy to give my case the attention it deserved, and his mistakes cost me a significant amount of money.
Instead of representing you, he blames you especially when he hasn't done the proper job. When his performance falls short, he points the finger back at his own client rather than owning it and doing the work.
When I finally moved on and hired a new attorney, it took weeks to get my own files back from Andrew. Every request was met with delay after delay, and we ran right through critical deadlines in my case while I waited. That kind of foot-dragging can seriously damage a client's position and it did.
He's transactional, There's no real commitment, no attention to detail, no follow-through. If you need an attorney who will actually fight for you and treat your case like it matters, this is not the person. You will not get quality representation, and you will not get quality work.
Do yourself a favor and find someone else. I would not recommend Andrew to anyone.

Poor Communication and Lack of Follow-Through

I brought Andrew significant business through numerous real estate transactions and personally referred clients to him. I trusted him with more important matters, including litigation. Unfortunately, that trust was misplaced. My experience was that my matters were repeatedly pushed to the back burner, deadlines and important issues were not handled proactively, and communication became increasingly difficult. As litigation progressed, I felt there was a lack of preparation, urgency, and attention to detail. Issues that should have been addressed well in advance were often dealt with at the last minute, creating unnecessary stress, delays, and expense. My advice to prospective clients is simple: ask yourself whether you want an attorney who values long-term relationships and loyalty. I brought significant business to him, completed numerous transactions with them, and personally referred other clients as well. I expected that relationship to matter when I needed legal representation, especially high priority transactions At the end of the day, make sure you hire an attorney who will continue to prioritize your matters after you've become a client, not just while new business is coming in. You want an attorney whose focus is on fulfilling their obligations to existing clients and seeing matters through to completion, not one who leaves you wondering whether your file is still a priority as new opportunities come through the door.
