Amazing law firm they been working hard on cases

Swigart Law Group has represented me for various matters over the last 10 years. They have always done a great job. I paid nothing up front and was always pleased with the outcome.

Think twice before retaining this law firm. My experience has been absolutely awful. I was yelled at, threatened, and treated with a level of disrespect that I never expected from a law firm. I also question the credibility of some of the positive reviews, as several appear to come from counsel or professional partners who work with the firm. I.e. Mr. Shay, Mr. Lemieux, etc. After approaching me about handling my case, the firm ultimately turned around and attempted to withhold my settlement, citing “errors” on their end. Seven months later, after numerous promises, delays, and an unbelievable amount of unnecessary stress, I am still dealing with the consequences of their mistakes. It is honestly astonishing that anyone thinks it is acceptable to treat a client this way. For a firm that approached me about taking my case, I can say with certainty: never again. This has been an absolutely terrible experience.

A JOKE!!! The head attorney is a jester and he is rude. This law firm is full of deceit. Current client and for some reason the attorney and the staff love to tell lies. They don’t back up their words. Believe they also hold money from the clients to gain interest on it. I’m so not recommending this firm to anyone. You have to stay on them or you won’t hear a word from them. Not really a good practice at all. Can’t wait for this case to be over with. They also take too long to resolve a simple issue. If they were truly fighting for the client their cases would be resolved much sooner. They don’t empathize with their clients couldn’t imagine what some people have been through or going through overall this has been the worst experience ever with a law firm. Stated I would receive a email on friday. Did I receive anything in my email no. Just more lies to add to tally. I swear honesty makes a firm go a long way, and keep getting the it takes time excuse. I guess these people at this firm are just slow or can’t get right cause sending an email takes a button and a few key strokes. How much time can that take days I assume. Real shady . They don’t communicate anything but then when they do they think your not smarter than them. Yeah, you have a law degree I have a degree as well. I’m not stupid and don’t like the fact you tried to dumb me down via email like I don’t know law. Been studying it for years especially revised statutes and penal codes. Even had AI read my emails and came back with that’s a lie and gave me the NRS to prove what was said was unlawful. Told me my money had to go into a trust account then sit 30 days. Like I’m not familiar with interest rates on a trust account. Please be aware of law if you deal with this firm. They like to talk to people rudely and swear they have your best interest at heart. Again I say I had to call constantly to get an update a good attorney would keep their client informed. After reading the reviews don’t know how they got 4 1/2 star rating review must be paying people to say nice things.
