My name is Ryan oliver. I was hit by a car on my scooter Dec 19th 2025,and sweetlawers where the first Lawyers I called which was a mistake. I signed a settlement for 25,000 March 3 2026 which was well within 90 days which would make there percentage to take 33.33%, but due to them not filing paper work to the hospital for my bills my case extended another 30 which allows them to take 40%, which after medical bills and there cut all I got was 3,000, out of 25,000,and sweetlawers took 10,000.I got proof from the hospital that sweetlawers never filed my paper work intentionally just to collect a bigger percentage.
