Sweet James Accident Attorneys

I cannot recommend Sweet James based on my personal experience. I hired the firm expecting transparency, strong negotiation, and an advocate who would fight for the best possible outcome. Instead, I was left feeling like my case was just another file. Communication lacked transparency, and I often felt uninformed about the status of my case and the strategy being used. I also did not feel that the firm aggressively negotiated or fought to maximize my recovery. As a client, I wanted someone who would advocate for my interests every step of the way, but that was not my experience. Ultimately, I lost confidence in the representation I was receiving and made the difficult decision to transfer my case to another law firm. While every case is different, I believe clients deserve open communication, honest expectations, and a legal team that actively fights for them. Unfortunately, I did not experience that here.

First off the "Original Lawyer" I was assigned to was NOT on it at all with my case, she was not pro active at all. I had to keep calling her to get updates and see if she needed anything , that should have been the other way around. I got "lost" in all her cases, and then after a year later with my case still open, I was assigned another attorney now she was more on the ball got things rolling BUT it was literally li starting over. My first attorney had said my case with with over two hundred thou., yet my second attorney said that prob was NOT probable, to be honest that was a RED flag but I had signed all the paper work over a year ago , so I was literally stuck with them at this point. Now 17mos later my case is finally closed ( and I followed ALL there requirements, MD appt, scans etc,), and I got WAY less than what I was originally told , which wasn't even enough to pay off my car that was totaled, never mind anything for myself! Working with them was not a good experience at all , I should have went with a smaller firm that would FIGHT for me. I do not recommend!

Didn't communicate with me effectively in my time of need or even try to accommodate me reasonably. I made all my appointments with my own insurance I found out more info then my case manager. All they had to do is keep me informed and remain transparent my case manager lacked that I do like my attorney Alex I wish I had a better case manager I would have stayed
