They took my call, they put me on hold and either the call dropped or they hang up, but they never tried to restore communication, plus the lady that was taking the information of the case was somewhat dismissive, this can only signal how dismissive they are didn't care about a case. Bad I had set higher expectations for this place. I've been let down.
