				I'm sorry but Mr. Delmas is mistaken.  He hired me on April 6, 2016.  I received the contracts from the seller's attorney on April 16th and immediately forwarded them to Mr. Delmas.  The Rider was done in 3 days.  On April 23, Mr. Delmas did an inspection of the property and sent me an email on April 25th canceling the contract.  I received payment for my services on May 2, 2016.  I'm sorry but he must be confusing me with someone else.   I never heard one bad word from him and he never objected to my fee. ?????
