I cannot recommend Lindsey Davis highly enough. From start to finish, she was absolutely incredible to work with. Going through a difficult legal situation is stressful enough on its own, but Lindsey consistently made me feel comfortable, informed, and confident about what was happening. She took the time to make sure I understood my options and what to expect, and I never felt like I was being left in the dark. More importantly, I genuinely felt that Lindsey had my best interests at heart. She fought for me when it mattered, while also being practical and mindful of the financial side of the process. I especially appreciated that she made a real effort to save me money rather than unnecessarily dragging things out or increasing legal fees. When it came time to actually stand up and advocate for me, she was phenomenal. I walked away feeling heard, represented, and extremely grateful that I had her in my corner. They just took the money and didn’t accomplish anything I requested 🤦‍♂️ no real good advice or face to face meetings just a money grab for them 💯 would not recommend this law firm you can get it way cheaper somewhere else and it way better and cheaper it went from $8000 and a refund of $1900 because they wouldn’t represent me anymore unless I would give them another $1800🤯 🤦‍♂️🤷‍♂️🙅 got me a better Lawyer For Way cheaper $3600 and better service to boot 💯 what a waste of $6,100 not including that they passed me around to 3 or 4 different people to work with and one of them was quitting the firm big red flag 🚩

I never write reviews, but I felt it necessary this time. I cannot recommend this firm enough. They have a deep understanding of Alabama law, were easy to deal with, were very transparent with their billed hours, and handled my legal needs as fast as the courts would allow. Most importantly, the leftover retainer was remitted immediately! Lol. You can't go wrong with Summit Family Law.

This firm is absolutely amazing. I hired a different firm and hit a roadblock with them so I hired Holly Brasher to clearly explain some things to me. Not only did she answer all of my questions, she was kind, she was understanding, and she was extremely knowledgeable. She negotiated the whole situation with class, never trashing the other firm. When I explained to her My situation as well as my frustrations with the other firm, she generously offered to refund my consultation fee!!! That’s right folks you Read that right. This firm saw the situation I was in and extended compassion rather than take advantage.
