We needed help to secure a special exception from the DC Board of Zoning Adjustment (BZA). Lacking the expertise ourselves to handle such a matter, we were told that Marty Sullivan and his team were the "go to folks" in DC. We were not disappointed. They made the process as easy as possible, working seamlessly with our architecture and design team to ensure that our request was processed as quickly and efficiently as possible (with a happy ending to boot - exception granted!).
