Matthew Schnell represented my son and it seemed like he worked for the DA instead he forced my son to take a gun charge when he was never in possession of a fire arm we provided schnell with video of the troopers telling so called witnesses they would make their charges disappear if they would say my son was the shooter also video of a state trooper trying to force a locked window open at my son's girlfriend's house after being denied entry and waiting on a judge to issue warrants a search which once received hours later and no gun was found if this didn't show that the troopers were railroading my son and the case should have gone to trial and would've been won in the words of another attorney ..now my son has been serving a 3 1/2 -7 year sentence in maximum security prison at the age of 22 when this happened I don't know if my son will make it out alive also schnell told him plead guilty and u will get the state drug program and be out in less then a year that didn't happen also no psi was done before sentencing..he wouldn't return calls lied to my son threatening him that if he didn't take this charge that he will sit 5 years alone on a probation violation he worked more for the prosecution then my son's defense..

First off, the review about the guy and his first offense, maybe he should have stayed in school by the way he tells his story with all the misspelling and mistakes. He didn't learn from his experience saying don't get caught instead of don't do it. Ok, moving on.
Jerry Strubinger was the clown who worked my case a long time ago. When I first went to see him he told me cases like mine settle out of court in less than 3 months. Countless burned vacation days and hours of lost overtime because he said "he had to see me in the office". 3 years later, he didn't even get me 50 cents for the parking meter. 4 failed back surgeries, nerve stimulator implant and pain pump implant and here I am. When I say he is a clown I don't mean it as a joke. I'm serious, find someone else or you'll regret it.
