This practice wasted my time. I initially contacted them in July and the attorney agreed to assist. I provided information and didn’t hear back for 1 1/2 months. I then provided the final information needed and it’s been a month of silence. Overall I spent hours collecting the requested data just to have been ghosted. Very unprofessional.

EDIT: Saw the response back. When someone is lying and calling you a liar - petty diabolical. But checks out with the comments you left on other reviews. I have emails in which you stated you would submit a demand letter. And you didn’t. My review is accurate and true.

If you put the same amount of effort in contacting clients back as you do in responding hatefully to these reviews, you would probably have less negative reviews.
