Melissa was wonderful as our lead attorney and guided us through the entire estate planning process from beginning to end. She went above and beyond to answer our questions, clear up any confusion, and patiently explain and walk us through an extensive amount of paperwork. We couldn't have been happier working with her. Susana was very helpful throughout the process, providing reviews and updates and helping us work through the remaining questions before our final signing meeting. Christie was fantastic with scheduling, and we especially appreciated the team's flexibility and willingness to accommodate us during challenging circumstances. The final signing meeting was very efficient. Considering the amount of paperwork that needed to be reviewed and signed, something that could have taken a very long time was handled smoothly in a matter of minutes. We also really appreciate that all of our estate planning documents were provided in both paper and digital formats, saving us the trouble of having to digitize everything ourselves. In addition to being professional and having an exceptionally well-organized process, they are a genuinely caring and compassionate team. That combination of professionalism and personal care is incredibly valuable and meant a great deal to our family. We are very grateful to the entire team. Highly recommend!
