				I contacted this firm seeking substitute counsel in an existing FCRA matter. After submitting a detailed case synopsis and complete case file for review, I received no response. When I ultimately called the firm myself, the staff appeared to already be familiar with my matter before I even identified myself. However, instead of receiving a decision by email or any proactive communication, I was informed then that the firm would not be able to assist. I understand that law firms have the right to decline representation. My frustration is with the lack of communication. If the firm had already reviewed the matter and decided not to proceed, I would have appreciated a prompt email advising me of that decision rather than having to follow up myself after sending extensive materials. Based on my experience, the communication and follow-up did not meet my expectations.

				Avoid.  Dispute over excessive fees with this firm.  Their atty and another atty signed and swore an affidavit of fees, reasonable fees for the Judge to avoid a hearing.  I discussed their fees before the case ended and had to listen to how great they were.  Was told there was a $1,000 scriverer's error on the affidavit.  Now they want to charge me, the client about $2k more than the affidavit presented to the court.  Some of the work was legal secretary work, they charged $200 an hour as paralegal work.  I will likely file a bar complaint.  Other work on other files seemed excessive, but those fees were paid by the other party.  I was promised a 20% fee reduction, but only $250 reduction.  Avoid.
