Stone & Palmgren

I read all reviews and was very impressed with them, so after my mother passed I called and gave them all the information and after a few back and forth calls they had me drop off her will and other legal paperwork. The next week after the attorney reviewed it and was going to make an appointment for me to come in with a check they called again because they needed
more information and would send me an email within a few min. I waited all day so I called back to see if maybe they didn't get the email address correct and the lady I spoke to told me they probably haven't had time to send it and before I could say can you check the email address she rushed me off the phone. Next day I get a call and they tell me that they have too many estates they are working on to take on mine and that I can pick up all the paperwork I gave them.

I assumed that by asking for the legal documents and looking them over, calling me for more information she agreed to take on my case. No explanation on why they can't other than they are too busy? If she was too busy to take on more clients why wasn't I told that the day I called? Why would she look over all the legal docs ask for names address emails of all my siblings then tell me she's too busy?
