I had a consultation booked for June 28th @ 11:30pm and she wasn’t in the office, the door was locked, nobody answered the phone. I took off work to get this started and there was absolutely no warning that she won’t be in.
Extremely unprofessional and unreliable.

No, it was 11:30 and you should have contacted me that you would not be in instead of relying on CLC to do it for you. I could have used that time to actually have a consultation with anyone else.
On top of that nobody has even bothered to return my calls or respond to my voicemails. My public review is the only response I’ve gotten from your firm which is telling and sad.

I’m speaking for my sister in law Tanya, she took $5000 She had zero assistance in the courts. Told her she doesn’t support her after she already took her money. She’s a single mom. Her “client” didn’t receive documents she spent her “time” driving around getting documents She didn’t even need. She didn’t do her background work took her as a client and then after taking money she said she didn’t support the case. She went to a different lawyer after and had amazing service! Please please do not give you money over unless you’re provided more background, documents in hand and a clear description of exactly what she will be providing you.

Unprofessional and rude. I gave Cindy feedback regarding a Parenting plan document that she asked me to fill out that already had information from someone else which did not apply to me. I tried to provide her feedback to help her and let her know the challenges I was having, since all of the relevant "choices" for the plan were missing from the document and she quickly responded back that she would not work with me. I have never been asked to fill out a document that had someone else's name and information on it but it appears that was not okay to tell Cindy! *update to respond to Cindy's comment... Cindy- what i stated is true. Yes you "declined" to work with me after I asked you clarifying questions and nicely provided feedback. As I said, very unprofessional. I had an amazing experience with a detail oriented Attorney who is not flippant or rude.*
