Very disappointed so far with this law firm, If I could give it 0 stars I would. Their communication is horrible after I finished therapy i never heard from them and after 2 months I called my “direct contact” and she said they are submitting everything I should hear back soon, soon never came as it’s been 10-11 months still no call back. I’ve also called several times, and they always say “the lawyer or the case manager will be contacting you back” and they have yet to call back. Please don’t be fooled by the fake 5 star reviews, you’re better off choosing a different law firm.
