Stephenson Rife LLP

My son broke his neck while mountain biking, but while in the hospital, two members of his medical team moved him incorrectly which caused further displacement of the vertebrae and he was rushed into emergency surgery to attempt to avoid spinal cord damage.

Mike Stephenson was recommended to me from a friend that is also a lawyer. Our accident was out of state, so Mike couldn’t even take our case, but he worked to find me a trusted lawyer in TN. Even after knowing he had nothing to gain from helping me, he talked me through what I should be doing and what to expect.
