Stephen T Cammack Law Offices

I am writing this 5 star review for the richly deserving Law offices of Mr. Stephen T. Cammack. He came highly recommended from Mr. Stephen Brand, an associate attorney specializing in Real Estate and I mention him here because without him I never would have found Stephen C. ( Anybody in the Sacramento area needing this specialty would do well to call him. ) My experience was not based on me having to do/deal with a personal bankruptcy rather I was am/was a plaintiff in what is widely known as part of the largest Bankruptcy proceeding in the Northern Ca, 11th district by a, ( well known in Sacramento, Ca property management company for years whom have precipitously and deservedly unraveled to federal indictment and ignominy.) This having been said, my particular circumstances had me seizing my assets from the aforementioned and liquidating them. The task in front of me was Herculean but it was all in a days work, ( month's really ) disentanglement from this situation with the guidance and knowledge of all issues that could arise in the serpentine twist of Real Estate matters, tenants ,etc. Eventually it led to a favorable outcome once thought unwinnable. Mr. Cammack with all of his, ( I assume ) other clients and cases never lost sight of my circumstances and is dedicated to his field. Now going forward for anybody considering his services, just try to remember that he is his own entity with a small staff. Sometimes it may take him a little while to get back to you as a client but what I learned is until that happened it actually helped me work out my own thoughts and way forward to better prepare for the eventual conversation.
