I had a traffic citation case open with this law firm. Before my consultation appointment I emailed them the ticket to review. The attorney was busy so he was 20 minutes late to return my call during our scheduled appointment. He was not helpful or knowledgeable at all. Because if he looked carefully at my ticket, there is already a court date listed to show up in person. He kept telling me to send in a ‘not guilty’ slip myself and get a court date then call him back… He also spoke down to me in a very rude tone like he couldn’t care for my business. Well, I found a new attorney who sounded much more knowledgeable within the next hour. If you don’t want my business, you won’t have it!

horrible customer service, the lady kept putting me on hold for about 30 minutes this went on, to be told i need a dmv attorney is puzzeling to me because they was listed on my plan with metlife....
