Stephen will not fight for you or defend you at all I fought for myself and my rights while Stephen didn’t even try today at court he almost tried to force me to take a plea deal which I know I am innocent for he said either “plea deal or new attorney “ which he’s said numerous of times we came infront of the judge she demanded we go outside and talk I begged him to just try atleast and they just changed it to two counts of interference and took bodily injury ect off even after a simple misdemeanor he still tried to get me to take probation which isn’t smart for something so simple even the judge questioned it please watch out if you get stuck with him ask for a different attorney or advocate for your rights he did not respond and he constantly lied he didn’t even show up for my first court date and I was never told I waited for an hour just for his replacement to discuss everything in front of the prosecutors please beware of Stephen Allison he doesn’t have his clients best interests only the state it’s all a money thing not actually fighting for human rights thanks for listening this is my experience and multiple others with Stephen Allison

Paid a $5k retainers for an owi... got represented less than a public defender!! He later (18 months) tells me while drunk, as I bartender to him.... I'm sorry, I'm more of a family lay representative... I was an experiment for him to gain more grass... I got screwed, and I paid $5k. I was falsely arrested this weekend... I witnessed Stephen Allison walk past me with horse blinders on!! Like I didn't exist!!! And never had any results for a $5K retainer!!!!!

It's been almost 2 years since I finalized my divorce and I'm still upset with this man and Tamara I had an out of state divorce and because we had assets and my ex kept hold of the money he did a payment plan for me which I thought was nice but let me tell you DO NOT HIRE this man oh yeah they are great people but Stephen and Tamara need to spend more time working for their clients I actually had to fire him to get the back spousal support that my ex owed me that Stephan and his attorney said I wasn't owed the judge settled that I was owed and my ex had to pay but if I wouldn't have fired him I would not of even gotten that Stephan is a nice guy but a lawyer he is not unless you want to hire a lawyer that is working for the other side actually he is the best lawyer my ex ever had and he had Hope law firm but $25,000.00 and he never did what I asked him to do he just wanted to do it his way and that was the easy way out look at his Facebook and other articles he likes to party just walk into his office lots of liquor but like I said he allowed me to make monthly payments so I guess you get what you pay for
