I was considering using this law firm as my closing agent for my home purchase, but after my initial interaction, I am beyond glad I didn’t proceed with them. The person I spoke with was extremely rude and immediately began yelling at me without even giving me a chance to explain why I was calling. I was simply inquiring about their closing costs fees, but the level of disrespect I received was shocking.
