An absolute nightmare. I am seriously considering filing a formal complaint with the State Bar and believe her professional conduct warrants disciplinary investigation, including potential revocation of her license. I cannot believe this level of unprofessionalism exists, especially at such a high price point. I've wasted $8,000 and 10 months with her, with absolutely nothing to show for it. She appears to have little to no understanding of O-1 visa requirements. The attorneys working under her seem either severely overworked or completely unfamiliar with the requirements of my case. They show up to calls without reviewing the case beforehand, wasting valuable consultation time going over basic information that should already be known to them. All I received were generic, seemingly AI-generated recommendation letters that I could have written far better myself. There has been no meaningful legal strategy, proactive guidance, or accountability. Ten months later, I'm still chasing them over email, receiving random, incoherent responses, and my case has made virtually no progress. The entire experience has been an astonishing waste of time, money, and trust. For a law firm charging such substantial fees, this level of incompetence and disregard for a client's case is simply unacceptable.
