After interaction with a CA Dept. of Fish and Game officer where no citations were given, I later received a letter from the SLO County's DA office charging me with 3 misdemeanor crimes. All of the charges related to my fraudulent possession of an in-state, CA hunting license. I have been in a prolonged process of relocating to another state and the warden who seized my in-state CA license suggested I had obtained the hunting license fraudulently?
