I contacted the state attorney about two rogue cops from Lakeland police department. 146 and 315. I used my 1st amendment right to stop two civil servants from violating another citizens right to leisure under article 24 of human rights and the two civil servants followed me 8 blocks gave me two fruadulent tickets, committed battery on my sleeping 6 year old, then told me they don't work for the public, obstructed the press, illegally detained me and my passenger, failed to identify, and tried to damage my property in order to give me another fraudulent ticket. DA refused to look into the matter and even laughed about it. Obviously they are in bed together. Shameful and unprofessional.
