They turned us away.
I called Stark and Hammack, because I need to update a family trust. The person who answered the phone said flat out "There's nobody here who can help you." It seems odd that an estate lawyer can't help with a family trust. Maybe they're just too busy. In any case, calling them was a waste of time.

This office is on my employers list. It's a service that is offered with a monthly payment. Like your health insurance. You don't use an attorney every mont but I pay every month. But they are contracted for services. I had an appointment - emails - phone calls while preparing my documents. The day before I was to come & sign it - I'm told " we're declining this service. We aren't going to get paid enough from your insurance. I get paid $400 an hour. A will is @ $1200" . really ? Like my dr who has a contract - you do accept services at a discounted rate. Why be on my providers list if you're not going to accept their payment. ? I have paid every month for years. The first time I decide to use their service & this happens. So unethical. I would not even post one star but the system makes me post something.
