i really wish i could leave NO stars however i guess i will leave 1 just so i can send out a warning, ive used this law firm since 2024, i had 1 attorney who then left & her paralegal took over, okay had no issue with it switching, then this paralegal had NO IDEA what she was doing, she showed up to court empty handed to a family all day court (twice) DUE to her doing that i lost my daughter. THEN i got a letter in my email stating i can no longer use them due to them "taking client care seriously & having to many concerns" & to make sure i pay this huge amount that i owe them. ive had no help with this law firm, they're absolutely TRASH. they need to be closed down. - Fort Wayne IN location. i could go on & on but it would be a BOOK.

Horribly unprofessional. I originally came to them to work with Shawn Jarrett (decades of experience) and she was great. But she left and without me even knowing, the former law clerk was now my attorney - barely out of law school. From there, it was terribly downhill. Would not respond to anything. My last communication from my attorney Melanie Cain is where she told me she would not be sharing communication that had taken place between her and the opposing counsel on my behalf - my basic rights as her client. Now, 6 weeks after ending the relationship with Stange, I have not received the thousands of dollars they held in my escrow.
