				I was very disappointed with this mediator who was recommended from my personal attorney who also was intimidated by the other part, my case was hard but the least she could had done was to keep trying to negotiate with the other part but instead all she mentioned was that it was impossible to get an agreement, I even had to request more than once to not give up but all she wanted was to keep the $350.00 dollars very easy without even trying to pursue the other part, honestly the mediators never help it is just a fake figure require by judges and they want to do the minimum work as possible but when it comes to collect the fee they are excellent collectors!

				Thank you for your response.

I understand that the parenting course requirement is established by the Court and not by your office. However, my primary concern remains the lack of communication regarding that requirement before our first court appearance.

Had we been informed in advance that the parenting course needed to be completed before the hearing, we would have taken the necessary steps and avoided wasting time, missing work and other obligations, and having to return to court a second time.

My review reflects my personal experience as a client and the frustration I felt due to not being provided with this information beforehand. While I respect your perspective on the matter, my experience with the representation remains unchanged.

				Frustrating experience. I had to give a star just to post this.

Rashaun Nicole Stagg and Stagg & Associates billed nearly 10 hours for excessive, unnecessary emails they initiated. I was misled about my coverage plan (told it only included 20 hours) and then asked to pay more, plus another retainer when I didn’t agree with their terms.

Justin also showed little understanding of buyout matters.

Overall, unprofessional, poor communication, and questionable billing practices. I would not recommend this firm.

Also, personal information just sit out in public unattended.
