Frustrating experience. I had to give a star just to post this.

Rashaun Nicole Stagg and Stagg & Associates billed nearly 10 hours for excessive, unnecessary emails they initiated. I was misled about my coverage plan (told it only included 20 hours) and then asked to pay more, plus another retainer when I didn't agree with their terms.

Justin also showed little understanding of buyout matters.

Overall, unprofessional, poor communication, and questionable billing practices. I would not recommend this firm.
