Stacy McCarty advocated for a child abuser to retain possession of children against a court order. Those children subsequently are still being abused by their father. Stacy McCarty is not only negligent but derelict in her "job" as an attorney of children. Children Stacy never took the time to engage with. Stacy never communicated with objective professionals or speak with any credible adults who had spent the whole school year with these children. I wouldn't leave my pet with Stacy let alone my children.

Stacey was appointed to be an amicus attorney for my girls. She did not contact the schools nor other people who has direct impact on their lives with the exception of parents. She is one sided, acts as if she is fur the best interest of the kids but actions speak truer. Will not follow orders from the judge about the split pay like she did in my case in her own words “I don’t care where my money comes from I deserve to get paid “. I wouldn’t suggest her to anyone unless you want them to get taken advantage of.
