Would give 0 stars if I could. Scott spivack was my attorney for about 10 months and made 0 progress on my case. We agreed on $7500 payment, after paying him over $6000 he filed a motion to remove himself from council because he was out of reasons to continue the hearings. After giving him $6000+ over several months all he accomplished was getting me 5 continuances. The state sent him my discovery and first plea offer in late January, I wasn’t showed my discovery until the end of march and was not told about my plea offer until June. Huge waste of time and money

In the courtroom, there are often clear winners and losers, with little room in between. It's easy to place blame on your lawyer when the outcome doesn't go your way, but that was not my experience. While my case landed somewhere in the middle in terms of the court’s decision, on a personal level, it was an absolute victory.
