				We've worked with Spears and Shelf for a a few years now. They are process driven and very focused on a top tier client experience. They are very attentive to small details and even use recycled cardboard for their binders to lower their carbon footprint. We have heard nothing but good things from out network of colleagues and partners who have worked with them. 5 stars all the way.

				I am so disappointed in our whole experience with Spears and Shelf. We asked them to revise a minimal change in our trust and literally 1000's of dollars later they told us they needed to do a full revision on our trust (which seemed very unnecessary). They were very hands-off, with hardly any contact or authentic interest in our case.
