Came through big for me while dealing with a company I previously worked for. Marcus is really good at what he does, and will treat you like family if you are deserving of it. Not only was I a client of his, but he became a brother to me.

They may be competent lawyers, or not, I do not offer positive or negative feedback on them in this capacity.

It seems morally bankrupt and abhorrent to me that they write "articles" on their website covering current events as if a news source, but then turn these same articles into ads for legal their legal services. "OH great, a military helicopter pilot died! This will get a lot of engagement and maybe their loved ones will hire us when they see our post!"

Kudos to your advertising team, it got me engaged I guess. Hope you change your practices in this regard to be a bit less tone deaf, cheers.

Edit:

To add insult to injury, the article that I first saw and many other articles in question seem to mostly be lazy AI slop. "The empty can rattles the most" as they say.

Second edit, following your response:

Thank your for responding. I believe that maybe you are in fact committed and want to provide a good service to your clients, but I never said that was my issue either. It is insulting when someone has been personally affected by a tragedy, is looking for information online, and then sees something that feels a lot like simple profiteering in the form of an article that is highly likely to be AI assisted "slop". It seems so tone deaf. All the people in every aviation mishap your post about are seemingly just another method for you to advertise your services. I can see how this is a fine line to walk, you want to let people know that you exist and focus on this area, and hell, maybe someone will see your services as a result of these posts. On the other hand, your execution makes it seem like, from a marketing standpoint, every aviation mishap is just another opportunity for you to self promote and that is my issue.

Seemingly, all my friend was good enough for, to your company at least, is a copied press release, some likely-to-be AI slop, and your completely devoid of empathy advertising material. He was so much more. Please consider changing your practices, I'll change my review when that occurs.
