Attorney Paul Los should not be a lawyer. He informed his clients that one could appear from Arizona via zoom for a jury trial which is simply not true according to the Fall River District Court. I've watched him bumble through every frivolous motion and hearing so far and he has allowed a case where he does not deny the liability of the other party to drag on without advising them as the judge did today that the case was essentially futile for his clients.

Not to mention he shows up to court in unprofessional condition. I've seen him with shirt untucked. Today was a dirty suit jacket which had some sort of unpleasant white stain as if his navy blue suit had been dipped to the coat tails in salt water. Have some pride. And if you're reading, hire at your own risk. I'm not sure I've ever seen him formulate an articulate sentence.
