William Hare is very rude and the chastises people that need help. The last time I had this situation he walked right past me i’ll never forget that that was my first time in Rent court and I thought he was there to assist Got eligible for a lawyer and everything else they speak when your behalf he said Oh no, I can’t help you. I gotta go help Somebody else or something along those lines, but he definitely blew me off and walked off This is the second time I had a situation that I thought I would be getting help with. He didn’t help me this time or the last time and I told him you make the situation worse why get on the phone with these people who are scared to lose their housing ? If you’re just going to tell them that they’re not eligible and send them two pages of free. He called me chastising me like a child about my situation and what have I been doing to improve the situation and if I didn’t don’t do this and that then the landlord and their lawyers can do what they have to do which is fine but you’re telling me things that are clearly that I already know what is the point of being eligible for a free lawyer if he’s gonna send you two papers of resources nobody represents you don’t wish your time Why go through the eligibility process if the Lawyer is going to tell me that he’s not doing anything he’s not speaking on my behalf and here is two pages of free resources that you can get from Google So let’s wait almost 2 weeks to get an actual lawyer for him to tell you information that you already know your situation is already on a time crunch why waste my time They do absolutely nothing to help you out of your Rent situation. Regardless, if it’s a trial lockout settlement Rent arrears they do nothing. You guys who reached out to them be warned you are on your own. Don’t waste your time with the intake. I’m specifically speaking about Rent or rears. They do nothing. They will not speak when your behalf. They will not speak to the other lawyers about settlements. they do nothing although the website says that if you are eligible, a lawyer will be appointed to you. Why have a lawyer appointed to me if he’s gonna send me two pages of free resources from Google resources Old resources at that. They just tell you to get on Google and you better have your rent or you’re gonna get kicked out why tell people that you’re supposed to be here to help not put fear more fear in people? Given them information that they clearly already know. Useless condescending and unhelpful Don’t waste time

Horrendous. Claudia? Yall need to replace her. Hire someone with more compassion, and awareness. I had to explain I filed an intake online, for her to tell me their online forms normally don't carry over, but you can see my application was denied. If I had not continue explaining my end. She would've sent me away and had me going to another law firm. And Brendan? You hung up on someone who's in more than a desperate need of help.
People are going through so much in this city and no one is here to help. That says a lot. All in all, this single mother is loss of hope and words for their services.
