April is so unbelievably cold and rude if you are going through a death and dealing with not knowing your rights don't talk to April she will make you feel less then a human being just for wanting to know my rights. I can understand they can't help but there are ways to talk to someone without being rude and a bitter excuse for a human being. April you are horrible at your job and very miserable to be rude to someone grieving a loved one.

I would’ve loved the opportunity to work with this firm, but after 2+ weeks of chasing down a paralegal to schedule an initial appointment I was given an appointment date more than a month out. It was disappointing because I had made multiple staff members know the issue I had was time sensitive. A huge disconnect between the needs of the clients and the intake process exists here.
