Finally an actual medical malpractice lawyer. David is very impressive with his skills in the medical field. He looked at my statement and knew right away what I experienced. It felt great to finally talk to a professional who knows what they're doing and is sincere. I've searched for medical malpractice lawyer. Muiltiple lawyer say medical malpractice but it's bogus. They have assistance answering and isn't knowledgeable of medical field. Whether I have a case or not David is the man to go to.

This lawyer is very negative and very rude and disrespectful they believe one thing and they make excuses for the bad guy they will not help you to Sue a doctor nurses or hospitals they are all for the dark and evil government.. He told me he couldn't help me and then he started criticizing my politics and accuse me of voting for Trump... Very unprofessional..

They were suggested to by my heath insurance company to talk to them after what Jeffery Dodd did to me and Tahoe Forest Hospital. I called them, explained EVERYTHING that happened when I said Dodd, instant pause and someone had told me Dr.Jeffery Dodd, he's paid off a lot patients in CA(I told them I wouldn't let me do that to me, I got burned instead by Tahoe Forest Hospital-Harry Weis and Dr. Jeffery Dodd). They get angry later and contact lawyers. One of a few firms that froze when I said his name,they knew exactly who did the damage and how dangerous he is to people. He should have his CA medical license stripped. For some reason the CA Medical Board(have a feelling that C.A.P. medical ins. Shelly Smith, Dodd's corrupt ins. rep. that ripped me off, keeps paying the board off though)protects his corruption. This firm heard my entire story, all the paperwork they were shocked. Still shunned me the one who's been damaged forever by Dodd's negligence. I am not sure what it takes in CA short of dying on the table. To be given a faulty,defective, uneven hip replacement and two bacteria for life incurable. To have to have an entire other hospital revise and redo the same surgery a week and half later with all the letters, damage and loss of my business to back it up. Dodd ruining the right tendon head which had no damage before then had to cut out complete in 2019.Then come home and placed on a disease PICC line for seven weeks. This firm informed the health ins. company that I was too passionate about what they did to me and too emotional. My question, so, if Dodd had done this to Smith or Zitano they'd be fine with it? Physically taxed, emotionally and financially ruined. They'd be happy with two diseases for life(one so bad it exploded on the table during the er second hip replacement to fix Dodd's screw up) and hip in constant pain and having to pay for antibiotics ever single month, anti inflammatory meds., expensive Ketamine treatments that DIDN'T and DON'T WORK. They'd be fine with DODD doing this to them I take it. It's a mere excuse and a way for some lawyers to be remain lazy it seems. Even as cut and dry as what Tahoe Forest Hospital, Harry Wies, Jen Vangelder, Todd Johnson and most corrupt Dr. Jefferey Dodd did to me. It was more of a diversion to blame the patient and proved wrong doing that was done to them then to actually defend against a corrupt doctor and hospital. Avoid they're a complete waste of time and dragged me along for a few months. Then tried place the blame on the patient when the patient has all the proof of what Dodd's done. Please don't waste your time here. It seems CA state officials really don't give a damn about the actual patients and tax payers, but the corrupt corporations now that's whats important $$$. I am still spending money to stop all the grave intense biting physical pain Dr. Jefferey Dodd has caused. In closing Smith and Zitano would be all right with Dodd doing this them, interesting, maybe they should be going through the same hell if they're good with it.
