Many years ago he met with my relative and family as we drove hours and he said he could help a case after my family already had a terrible corrupt lawyer who kept evidence and took thousands for a divorce cae ss and withdrew, timothy took approximately 3 thousand bucks and drive 30 minutes down the road and said they gonna arrest u for child support that didn't even exist or get brought up until that day. Judge was mad that relative paid a lawyer to help with case but yet locked relative up for illegal child support from the start. A huge mess and then timothy demanded 800 more dollars from us while our relative was locked uo for literally no reason and treated extremely bad with medical issues etc. There are very few good trustworthy attorneys anymore and we have the proof for years. Do diligent research and be picky with who you hire

I read the reviews not much has changed. He took our retainer did nothing messed everything up and our new attorney had to fix it and then decided he was going to not represent us anymore and charge us for his withdrawing letter just so he could not give us any money back, not much has changed from what I can see. Do not waste your money and time. I still think he’s trying to get clients. He is also working out of his house. This location is not accurate anymore.
