If I could give zero, or negative stars even, I would. These people are extremely rude and don't know how to talk to people nicely. People are in stressful situations when having to reach out to their office and they're just horrible. If you try to talk through and discuss what date may or may not work to make a payment and have worries about making your payment on time, don't express that to them, because they will treat you like you're stupid and they become unwilling to help you anymore. You need to do better.

Wow. Ned Mangum used to be the chief justice and I'll be damned if he didn't suggest the most useless attorney to us after a judge he put in chair was ABUSING us via court. Emily came in bold saying she could change everything yet made it worse.

This woman ghosted us for months AND then has the audacity to withdrawal when we wouldn't sign papers that pretty much give up parental rights via an agreed on order. She withdrew knowing negotiations are still running. She was withdrew after convincing us to pay $8000 for something she would never actually use.

Pathetic.
No ethics.
Literally wants you to cave and won't fight for you
