DO NOT HIRE this law firm to do probate. They will NOT provide any guidance, assistance, aid, or help. They will only file paperwork and then remove money from your account before the job is complete. They will laugh at the financial burden they are putting on your family. Do not make the same mistake I did. I am now being sued by a company I hired David Slonim to give me counsel and guidance on. He simply ignored my multiple requests (dozens via phone and email) and then removed thousands of dollars from my account before finishing the job. I reported them to the BBB and sent a 23 page complaint to the Florida Bar. Please stay far away from Slonim Law Firm in Melbourne Florida. They will leave you penniless and you still have to complete the probate process completely solo. This is my experience with Slonim Law Firm from 2025-2026. The facts are only problematic to the law firm because they are truthful.

Do not make the mistake I did hiring this law firm for probate. They will not guide, assist, aid, or help the client in anyway. They will ONLY file court paperwork & then charge extra for court filing. They refuse to communicate or help & will take payment from your account before the probate process is complete. I was informed that my family financial burden was not an emergency of that office. Thousands of dollars removed from the account without the Scope of Work ever being addressed. Official complaints have been filed with the BBB & the Florida Bar. Completely unsatisfied with this law firm. I am still dealing with EVERYTHING this office was paid to advise me on. This unprofessionalism has cause a major financial burden on my family. The mental stress has caused a physical burden on myself. My advice is to not risk your finances or your mental & physical health on the services this office, specifically Mr. Slonim, will not provide.
