I was referred to this law firm by the folks who put together our trust and I mentioned that firm by name. My mother died as a result of neglect from a nursing home (she had a stroke and they waited more than 24 hours to call an ambulance) and we were encouraged by advocacy groups to take legal action. When I first called, I began a very brief explanation of what happened. Did the receptionist offer condolences? No. Listen to me? No. She just cut me off and referred me to the website to input the details and said they would get back to me. I followed her instructions and no one ever responded. It's tough enough to be going through a difficult situation, being dismissed and ignored makes it that much more difficult. Very discouraging and highly unprofessional.

I called to get a consultation and requested to speak to an attorney, a week ago,I did not receive a callback and the lady who answered the phone didn't like that I called to follow up ,ended up no callback, I guess they don't care about clients.

Wow.. just plainly excused themselves.. from any kind of conversations..! With me buy there associate attorney..! There must be some kind of false advertisement..! They rate themselves highly..! But no reasons or reaction given.. I feel if they cannot help you in fields that they advertise..! And then nothing that’s bad faith..
